Refund Policy
effective date - 3/31/2026
Donations -
All donations are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is immediatly directed towards supporting our programs.
Exceptions -
Refunds maybe considered under the following circumstances
1. A duplicate donation was made in error
2. an incorrect donation amount entered
3. an unauthorized transaction occurred
If you believe your situation qualifies for refund please contact us within 7 days of transaction.
how to request a refund - to request a refund please contact us with following information -
Full Name, Date of Donation, Donation amount, Method of Payment, reason for refund
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. please allow 5 to 12 buisness days for refund to appear depending on financial institution
